Our Referral Charter

At Cotteswold House Dental Care we follow a strict code of ethics and believe in building relationships on a foundation of goodwill and trust. It’s so important to us, we’ve made it part of our statement of purpose. So you can be assured that any patient you refer to us will be very well looked after and returned to your care as soon as their treatment is complete.

Clarity & Consent

After their initial consultation, we will always provide the patient with a written treatment plan, a copy of which is always sent to the referring dentist. We will never carry out any treatment without first giving the patient an estimate of costs.

Communication & Trust

We will keep you fully informed throughout and will only ever carry out treatment that has been agreed with you first. We will ask if you would like to be involved in any decision making.

Care & Expertise

We offer a very high standard of customer care. We will always ensure that both you and your patient are delighted with the quality of our treatment and clinical expertise, as well as the level of care your patient will receive during their time with us.
