Welcome to our friendly, welcoming dental practice

If you haven’t seen a dentist for a while or you’re looking to join Cotteswold House Dental Care as a new patient, we can provide everything you need to fix your teeth and feel comfortable visiting the dentist.

With a professional team who genuinely cares about your wellbeing, you can be assured that you’re in safe hands, even if you feel nervous visiting the dentist.

How does our new patient experience work?

Our familiar, community-orientated approach, positive attitude and outstanding level of dental care will allow you to fix your teeth, boost your confidence and actually enjoy the experience. 

Here’s how we will welcome you to our practice:

Book your first appointment

Before your first visit to Cotteswold House Dental Care, we’ll take your contact details over the phone and book an appointment for you. 

We’ll also review your medical history and give you a medical form to download. Please complete as much of it as you can and bring it with you to the first appointment.

You’ll be able to give us a record of other personal details on your arrival at the practice. We can also provide a welcome pack on arrival or arrange an informal guided tour if you’d like to say hello to one of our excellent dentists.

Meet our Patient Coordinator, Jess

On your first visit, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly and approachable patient coordinator. Jess will welcome you to the practice, fill in the relevant paperwork and then introduce you to your dentist and dental nurse.

If you feel nervous about visiting the dentist, we can also provide the extra support you need to feel at ease.

Complete your dental examination

When you join, your dentist will give you a full check-up and discuss any issues or concerns with you.

Review your options

Once you have had your dental examination, you can discuss your treatment plan, payment options and/or membership plans and she can answer any questions you have.

You won’t have to pay a penny for your chat with Jess and you can book at a time that suits you.
