Dr Olivia Coleman
BDS 2016 MJDF RCS(Ed)
GDC No. 264907
Olivia graduated from the University of Bristol in 2016 and has since built a strong foundation in dentistry, with a particular focus on oral surgery. She went on to spend several years at Guy’s Hospital in London, one of the UK’s leading oral surgery departments, where she gained invaluable experience managing complex surgical cases within the NHS.
While she enjoys all areas of general dentistry, Olivia’s real passion lies in oral surgery and conscious sedation — helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during treatment. She is currently working towards a Master’s degree in Dental Implants, expanding her expertise to offer patients a wider range of advanced treatment options.
Patients describe Olivia as calm, approachable, and reassuring — qualities that shine through in her commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
At Cotteswold House, we are able to offer all aspects of oral surgery with our dentist, Dr Olivia Coleman. With over 10 years clinical experience in oral surgery, including at Guy’s Hospital in London, she can discuss all options for treatment with you, to ensure you get the best outcome with the least discomfort.
Some of the most common reasons for oral surgery are:
• Removal of decayed, impacted or infected teeth
• Tooth extraction for orthodontic treatment
• Extraction of impacted wisdom teeth
Fast, effective treatment offers several benefits:
• Protection against the spread of infections to nearby teeth and gums
• Relief from pain and discomfort
• Options for restoring your smile through restorative dentistry
• Prevents the need for extensive future treatments

“Lovely kind friendly practice. Reception staff very helpful. Olivia was brilliant during a first tooth extraction and it was a complicated one. Very calming, reassuring, gentle, professional and confident. Kept me informed and reassured throughout but not over the top and just got on with it. Great experience!”
