Invisalign® uses discreet clear aligners, custom-made to fit your teeth and gums, to gently straighten teeth and close gaps, creating a beautifully natural, straight smile.
We’ll fully examine your teeth and create a digital 3D version of your potential outcome, so you can see your new smile before you even start treatment. Once you’re happy, your first set of Invisalign® clear aligners will be created and you’ll start wearing them for 22 hours a day.
Every couple of weeks, you’ll swap to new aligners as your teeth move into their new position.
By wearing the aligners for at least 22 hours a day you’ll see results in as little as 4 months. You’ll be fully supported by our team all the way through your treatment, coming in regularly to collect your next sets of aligners and for our dentists to make sure your teeth are moving correctly.

About the team
Meet Kate, our Diamond Invisalign® Provide
Kate is a Diamond Invisalign® Provider with a wealth of experience in straightening teenagers and adults teeth alike, and we’re delighted to welcome her to the Cotteswold House Dental Care team.
Kate qualified in 2013 from Peninsula Dental School with a BDS Honours, following on from a degree in Physiotherapy with Honours. She began by covering all aspects of general dental care but has now focused her work with a special interest in smile design – enhancing people’s smiles and self confidence by straightening and lightening teeth and improving the aesthetics of front teeth with composite bonding.
Kate has a diploma in clear aligner therapy and is involved in advanced cases using fixed and removable braces, with particular strengths in Invisalign where she is a Diamond Provider. Kate has provided over 600 cases of orthodontic treatment, was a Finalist in the Best Young Dentist 2021 awards and is planning on teaching Invisalign to dentists next year.
Kate regularly provides teeth straightening (Invisalign, Fastbraces, Six month smiles, Inman Aligner) and Smile Makeovers using whitening, composite bonding, and works closely with restorative dentists to provide ceramic treatments such as crowns, veneers and bridges, as well as with implant dentists to align teeth prior to treatment if required.
