
Karen McMahon RDH
Karen served in the RAF for 7 years, first at RAF Cranwell, then at other stations in the UK. During this time she qualified first as a dental nurse and then, in 1995, as a dental hygienist.
After completing her time in the forces, Karen moved into general dental practice in Plymouth, where she developed her practice skills to treat a wide range of periodontal (gum related) problems.
In May 2002 she joined the team at Cotteswold House and has become a valued member of the team. She coordinates the continuing education programme for the dental nurses in the practice.
Karen is married and has a teenage son and a dog called Millie. She enjoys socialising and keeping fit with frequent visits to the gym.
