Payment options

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.

Patients are welcome to join the Cotteswold House Dental Plan, where all your routine dental treatment costs are covered for a monthly payment. You will need to have any necessary dental treatment carried out prior to joining the scheme.                       

There is also a special Children's Care Plan

For larger courses of treatment, payments may be spread. Please discuss this with our Reception Staff.

Failed Appointments
We reserve the right to charge for failed appointments, or those cancelled at less than 24 hours’ notice. This applies even to our scheme payments. Wasted surgery time is not covered by monthly payments
