Neil Normington

Neil founded the practice in1977, bringing the message of preventive dentistry to Gloucester. He qualified in 1971 and has studied extensively since, gaining postgraduate qualifications on the way. He has extensive experience in cosmetic dentistry including orthodontics using the latest invisible braces. He has also had postgraduate training and over thirty years' experience in the use of intravenous sedation.

Stephen Waters

Qualifying in 1977, Stephen joined Neil in 1981 and has the same commitment to continuing postgraduate training. This has resulted in being the first dentist in Gloucester to obtain the Membership in Dental Surgery and among the first in the country to obtain the Fellowship of the FGDP (UK). Specialist interests include restorative dentistry, cosmetics and oral surgery.

Nicholas Radcliffe

Nich qualified from Bristol University in1989 and is experienced in the treatment of children and patients with a nervous disposition. His postgraduate training has led him into the area of orthodontics. He, along with Neil and Mark can provide invisible braces.

Mark Durnall

Mark, who is the newest member of the team, qualified in 2000 and must have been one of the youngest dentists to achieve the DPDS postgraduate qualification in 2006. He gets great satisfaction from helping people with a nervous disposition and also offers intravenous sedation.
